Rich Lauzon:
Great crazy look at the end. Interesting dynamic between the two characters.
Danny Garnett:
nice work! the only thing that needs work is when he takes the letter from the guy. It looks like he elbows him! I'm not sure if that was intentional. Otherwise nice work
Jett Atwood:
It's good but it still feels a little stiff... loosen the hands up a little bit. Also push the silhouettes a bit more...it was nearly impossible to see the letter...and without that showing up clearly, the entire gag is lost.
Erik Griott:
i think it should be clearer what the characters are thinking and feeling. i dont really feel anything from them right now.
Yeray Díaz Díaz:
The movements are not very clear. The timing on the main poses should be longer and the transitions are a little too smooth.
Virgil Mihailescu:
the animation is nice and detailed, but the acting is a little bit confusing... I don't understand the 'young' guy's scratching gesture and looking away and smiling (is he considering the ethical implications??? hihi). I think it's correct that the 'old(er)' guy should be the one cutting the letter, and I agree with your version, less twisted than others, but his expression on 'all done' is again, confusing - why the evil face?
Missy Feaster:
I'm biased because I know you. ;) Nice job, but be careful that your animation isn't too evenly tweened.
Theo Edmands:
The punch in the stomach is quite good.
Chris Smith:
A few pointers to consider working on:
- Too much "floatiness" in movements
- Overdone animating in the Right Guy's eyebrows.
- Some movements are unclear; probably practice more silhouette animating to make clear movements/poses
- The guy on the left looks happy (?) when he's considering "the ethical consequences" instead of thoughtful
- Overall acting of characters is unconvincing
Taber Dunipace:
This piece has higher quality animation than most, but some of the acting choices, such as the fist pump and ending smile, are awkward. The letter snatch is also very soft and awkward. "Ethical" is my favorite part on the Alfred character.
Christopher Lutz:
Good animtion. Arms are bit floaty. Maybe have a slight break before the guy opens up the envelope.
Aaron Clement:
Lip sync was off... too floaty in places... Not sure why this is squash like it is.
Bilal Ahmad:
you could have done, a little more on the guy with the white shirt
Juliano Bezerra:
Good animation man! Just the pose before the gapping the paper is strange..
Victor Wong:
Gestures are definitely on the smooth side for both characters; more SI/SO is needed, especially for the hands.
Jennifer Anaya:
nice subtlety but needs a bit more time to refine it.
Roshan.k:
alfred's hand looks like the fish animation in finding nemo..floating like it's underwater..but i like the acting...the other guy's acting is nice...really cool when he react's to the letter taken off from his hands..nice work there
Eric Scheur:
Things are feeling a little computer-y and floaty here. Try to reign in on holding things still enough so that they feel solid and weighty.
Also, pay attention to the way you're using your wrists. They often look like they're rotating in directions, or at angles that real wrists can't believably rotate. Paying attention to small details like this can really help bring out the life in your characters. :)
Good luck next round!
Olivier Ladeuix:
the wait gesture is a bit late or the tapping on the letter is a bit early.
A tthe end there is a knife sound where do you make it coming from? Is there a knife involved and where is it coming from or you just dismissed it?
Christiaan Moleman:
I don't get the smiley guy's gesture at the end. Is he gesturing "Yes!" or "wanker"? If the former I don't understand why... if the latter, the expression on his face seems inappropriate.
Mike Courtney:
There is a pop on the boys right arm. There is no reason for him to be smiling and looking up. The lip-sync is almost there.
Max Herzfeld:
It seemed to float from one pose to the next, a bit rubbery. Plus the facial themselves were kinda mild. Go for bolder choices.
