The motion is good, but for a conversation that sounds this direct, it feels odd that they aren't looking at each other for a lot of it.

Pretty strong working animation there. Tighten the overalls a little more, add more overlaps & it should be pretty solid from there.. Its kinda floaty & lacking exaggeration in certain accents atm.
