Those eyes freak me out and the binoculars are pretty dirty.

if you render you need to get the eyes lookig good. if they look bad nothing else matters haha and here they look super creepy. as for the animation, your key poses are there but they're bouncy. stick and hold your key pose for as long as possible before moving onto the next one
