cool animation! i'd like to have a few camera cuts, the one big camera from start to finish isn't too detailed, you could leave it at the starting frame when the guys start walking and then cut into the moving camera, and cut the postion when he reveals the pond

The guy on the left's walk cycle is great, it looks pretty natural. But the second guy looks a bit off, I think his shoulders are moving too much.
