Characters' upper body movements seem disconnected with the lower body.
Andrew DiLullo:
A lot of his movements need more follow through. A lot of the arm and body motions just suddenly stop, but in real life they would maintain momentum.

I like the idea and the way you staged it. The animation on the characters is a bit slow and robotic, though. Try using a bit more anticipation before their movements.
