I like the characters and the setting you used--just having the hot dog cart there adds to the narrative of the audio. And the kid's attitude is great! Even though he's smaller he seems kind of in charge of the scene. I feel like some of the poses could have used a little more ease-in or smoothing, like the chin-stroke around 170 frames or when the old guy leans back into his final pose

Good poses. Be careful not to make their movements too jerky.

I think you could make the poses a little more fluid on here, but it gets the job done. Focus on the hands too - a lot of time here, they seem very minimally animated - just a few rigid poses.
