The animation seems fun. What I would suggest is watching some animation that you like, and look at what elements you like about those. So if it is strong, dynamic poses, or timing that you like, try to learn how to do that. Look into using overlap also, it will help loosen up your actions.

You know, I don't know how to rate this one. In a way, it was awful, but it made me laugh more than any of the others!

As I watch it again a few times, the timing is actually very good, almost like Gilliam cut-out animation. I think if the characters were, say, simple blocks without arms, I would have been free to just enjoy the timing and beats. The T-pose was obvioiusly a little distracting...but is that part of why it was so funny? Hard to say. It wasn't boring, in any case! I like it more with each viewing.
