Uh... ok I think I get what's going on. I'm a bit confused but I do like the unique animation style. I think overall this is good but it needs to be a bit better defined to clearly express what the characters are thinking and feeling.

Frame 68. Wow. Smear drawings should have little detail to fill in the space between two key drawings. Frame 68 is something else.

Try and use different line weight ot accentuate form.

Very cute concept. The lip-sync is off slightly in timing in the beginning. Stage left character is not posed with much appeal during the first 200 frames. After that the interaction between the two is very unique, and more interesting, especially the hand on chin to direct the character on screen left to the hang-man game. Characters overlapping table takes away from how 'solid' their world is.

Like the smears, but they're a bit too long. The overall idea just didn't quite work for me. I like that you're thinking creatively though.

Great work! I like the drawing style. Keep an eye on your arcs though. They look pretty linear. I think you could have pushed the accent on Now also. I'm not sure it makes sense with the audio for him to hit the table with both hands though. Maybe if he hit it with one or two fingers instead of a fist. I dont think you need that last shot.. it cheapens the rest of it.
