cool
James Wilson:
some nice animation in there. i felt you could of push it a bit more with a few poses. just to bring out the contrast between the poses a bit more
well done.
Ken Rice:
Some nice subtle animation here but I found the animation dying in places: especially the right guy he freezes completely at times. Sorry, the scene is a bit too symmetrical for my liking. May look better if the table was shorter and you could see their legs - on the whole a good animation
Chan Ken Neth:
thumbs up! great performance with subtle movements.
Nate Dorn:
Try to push the posing a bit more. They seem a little stiff. From what you have it looks pretty good though.
Ryan Lowe:
not enough. but what is there is awesome.
Mike DeGar:
I really like the guy on the lefts attitude during his first line of dialog that came across very well. It would be even better if you had him roll his eyes or something.
Jean-Luc Delhougne:
Overall it's working great. Some subtle changes in the poses, and more precision in the hands will make this piece great.
Cuby:
Really impressive stuff! The movements look very natural yet subtle, and the expressions are excellent. I love the way they guy on the left sits himself up in his chair. Don't think that I could fault this one...
Keep it up and good luck!
Taber Dunipace:
Nice strong piece with good subtle acting. Could've used a bit stronger idea of each guy's personality through posture and mannerisms.
Erik Westlund:
Nicely staged although bright central light above is a little distracting to focus. Having characters turned slightly to camera is working. Very subtle acting and movement is nicely balanced to reveal audio in a more naturalistic manner. Lots of subtle little touches (eye movement, head shake) that keep poses alive and real. Mouth animation is stiff by comparison to eyes, body movements, and posing.
lizzie:
better
Russell:
The composition of the shot is a little too symmetrical. Offset the camera just a bit to make the lines of perspective be a little more interesting. Also, for the first half of the animation, tan Hogan's shoulder line is in too matched with the chair behind him, giving the feeling that his arm is severed, or attached to the chair.
Nice job!
Alexis St-Laurent:
It's really good. There are two things that bugs me though: The guy to the left, when he says "murder" (136) I think you should go with either a fist or slaming his hand flat on the table, not a mix between the two. Also, I think it would be awesome if you had some secondary acting coming from him when the guy to the right talks.
David Andrade:
Nice! f)103 that elbow comes out but you dont need it too, it catches my eye
I really enjoy the acting here, nice texture espicially on the left character. I think 281, the character on the right could be leaning in with his arm stretched out more, Its more of a personal thing but i think it would give him more desperation rather than the chopping hand pose
Anandaroop Mukherjee:
pure performance, loved it
Lisa Taylor:
Nice work. The only thing I would suggest is to be more ambitious with your poses.
Carlos Fins:
This shot could have used a cut or two to really strengthen the piece. Nice animation.
Joseph Rivers:
good rhythm. solid poses. I like the subtle changes. It'd be nice to have a bit more difference between " with what" pose and bupkiss pose.
Jon Graef:
The camera shot is really throwing me off here. Maybe one that is slightly from an angle and not so symmetrical.
Romain Digonnet:
missing facial animation, but good work on the rest.
RJay Bengelink:
Character on left is great. The one on the right needs more, movement and expression.
Christopher Salamat:
mouth shapes should be pushed a little more especially in the right character
Phillip Johnson:
Really nice subtle acting choices.
Virgil Mihailescu:
I think this one is excellent, but some more work on the lipsync (check out the "while we can still cut a deal") and facial animation would help
Gary Foster:
Good movements in the characters. The push on the phone doesn't match the direction it ends up, on frames 84 to 87 the phone moves through and behind the hand instead of away from it.
chloé:
Visually, I think the phone would turn in the opposite direction. Even if it is not very logical.
(Excuse my bad english please)
Brian Boswell:
Very well done. Better staging would have earned an extra star.
James O'Neill:
I like the movement a lot. I would suggest pushing the facial expressions more, that would really sell the animation. Great job.
Steve Brown:
very nice observation, keeping it simple. Nice work!
Jason Smith:
Nice slide of the phone.
sean connolly:
i liked the acting. i espically like that shift in weight the tan guy does in his seat. the white guys lipsync was off a little. i can't tell if it's too late or early. but try sliding around the keys. maybe it's a matter of getting more positions mouth positions in there.
