Zainab Siddiqui:
They almost kinda seem like they're moving around too much. I do like the premise though
dan alvarez:
Great effort, and I've been following your WIP thread. You have some potential in this shot, but I feel that you've overacted both characters. The entire scene is just too busy. It's very important when structuring a scene to remember about contrast. You're high energy moments will only stand out, if there are pockets of low energy.
Sandy Sze:
Too much movement here and there, don't quite know where to look at. Try to make choices to tune down some of the acting so those left in there stand out.
chrisbyk:
Really nice.
Jean-Luc Delhougne:
Not bad, the lipsynch is a bit off sometimes, the final pose is not excellent, but the animation is full of life and pretty well balanced. Try to plan your shot before starting to animate it ;)
Yeah, I'm talking to myself, so what? ;) I had a blast working on this one, and the feedbacks on the forum helped me a lot to improve my animation skills...
You can be proud of yourself, JL ;)
Joseph Leung:
I liked this piece, however, the trash can lid moving too much was distracting for me. The same with the character's eyes and head movement.
Ryan Lowe:
like i said in wip. good ideas, just not strong enough animation. work on your timing. too floaty.
Taber Dunipace:
Interesting setup. Seems like there's some odd motion happening between poses. Really watch how things like hands move and watch your arcs. Strong overall.
James O'Neill:
It feels like there are too many keys at certain points. The heads also seem too "bobby" like a bobble head. The lip sync is really successful the first 75% but the last bit is to fast. It needs to be simplified. Cut out some of the syllables.
Virgil Tanasa:
i like it :)
i think the right guy moves way too much when saying "now that we're... and murder" line
other than that, cool!
also on the right guy, the eyes move around very slowly before the final line, which doesnt look good. and maybe an even stronger pose at the end would be better.
but still, good!
Ken Rice:
This is an appealling animation - it has a lot of enegy (maybe too much).
Michel Giguère:
Well done, funny and entertaining, the guy in the green container just appearing after a couple seconds works great. I think his eyes and head could be more settled though, he looks a little uncontrolled. The guy in the garbage can looks very good to me. Strong and funny.
Erik Westlund:
Fun concept. Animated playfully with energy and enthusiasm. Still a little too frenetic and hyper if you ask me. Perhaps you could have explored ways for the characters to be 'doing business' when they are not speaking, instead they seem to fidget nervously. Screen left character expresses frustration on "espionage and muder!" then shifts forward in a pretty obvious way when the focus should move to the character on screen left. Its like you feel he has to return to a 'default' position. Anticipation is a bit big and/or fast but nice energy and staging in the finish.
J K:
my favorite
sean connolly:
the acting is really nice. only thing that caught my eye is how much the characters move when the other is talking. you might want to tone that down a little bit. good job though.
Louis Ng:
Very nice style of animating, very lively.
I am not sure about the guy on screen right, his gestures at "espionage" and "murder". Doesnt seem too appropriate . . .
Nathan Jent:
I like this, but the can lid on his head shakes a bit much and draws attention away when the other guy is saying his lines.
Traci Plagmann:
Very cute! The characters really feel alive in this piece.
I really like the lid moving on the screen left character's head - it does get a little bit distracting when it's moving quite a bit though.
Ezra Allen:
Yeah like it, but its a bit busy. You need some nice calm holds in there to give more focus. choose where you want the audience to look and when, then tailor your animation to fit.
Romain Digonnet:
Very very good animation.
Best so far.
I like the left hand on "cut a deal"
Sam Caudill:
the trash can lid was
Lauren Andersson:
hehe, i really like these guys, funny scenario!
Avner Engel:
Hehehehe you made me laugh, very clever interpretation for the sound clip. You have done well at keeping the characters alive.
sushant:
great work....strong posing... great timing..prefect setting..
Senthilnathan D:
wow. this too good
Richard Clark:
Not bad. But the motion of the character not talking is distracting to the one talking. I would keep those parts more simple.
Sarah Ricketts:
Cool idea it works really well!!
pep:
setting is funny, animation is good, one thing i don't like about is the trash can lid move so much it distract the animation.Love the last shake on the character on the left
barak drori:
very good animation. if I may say, I think there is a bit of a problem leading the scene from a character to another, as the composition is a bit of a problem, and a bit too much animation when the characters arent speaking. good luck!
David Ruzicka:
lips are a bit late
Paul Vicol:
Hey!
I like the setting a lot! The characters and animation are great too!
But the trash can on top of the left guy's head seems to move around a bit too much, and the left guy himself moves around a bunch while the other one is talking.
But it's great!
