Make movements flow into one another and use slow-in, slow-out. They move like robots now.

The speed of the movements felt a bit uniform. Try playing around with that.

It looks a bit like you haven't made it very far past the blocking stage. You've got a lot of problems with jumping AND floating so try working on your arcs a bit more. If you need help with timing, try filming yourself.
