Overall it seems too floaty, I'd recommend working in stepped keys to begin with so that you can get a good idea of how the key poses look before smoothing them out.
When I say floaty, I mean that the body parts (his hands in particular) are constantly moving. You should look at using more ease in and out to get some static poses.

Needs work on the lip-sync a bit. Not mandatory but color would help this a lot.

I think you should use more appealing rigs, other than that, maybe some stronger key poses.
