Still at the rough stage. Good effort though.
Tim Nowak:
I believe you actually have to look at the person when you talking them.
Tyson Ibele:
Hi there....this animation was nice and fluid, but I found the acting to be dull....he just stands there holding the cake in front of her for the majority of the animation, which isn't very original. Also, the way his head is facing her is very awkward. It was nice to see the progress of this one in the WIP thread though.
Aaron Clement:
Good staging... a little weird the way he thrust the cake in front of her a second time... I'm not sure why he never made eye contact... Some good snappy timing.
Emmanuel Vergne:
i don't really like the way he's breaking hid neck so that we can see his face.
Frank G:
I guess I prefer the framing to be a bit closer to the action. But there are some pretty bold fruitcake moves to encompass there. I like the eye flicker on "Yes".
Taber Dunipace:
Try to pose your characters a bit more naturally; film yourself for reference.
Mat Brady:
non-believable poses and acting. You need to actually act out the scene first.
HARISH:
. I think the guy becomes dead still at time ... and also the way he holds and presents the cake looks a bit odd to me ....good effort overall .....
Erik Westlund:
Actions are much too big and broad for the audio track. Try to match the intensity of the audio in your poses and actions. Starting on frame 80 you have staged the face of the male character to the camera but have the body directly facing Mrs. Munchnick. This is awkward and would feel physically uncomfortable to perform in real life. When ever possible stage the front torso of both characters to be readable to the camera. Its less important to be "physically" accurate and more important to be "story" accurate in how you stage your characters in the shot. Think about how characters are seated at a dinner table in most TV sitcoms... usually all on one side of the table. Staging should always have the audience in mind.
Eduardo Cavalcante Komaba:
thats pretty cool movements, but i think that the cake will fall if to continue in that position, its much inclined
Ryan Brooks:
a little overdramatic, the audio is nowhere near as dramatic as the arm flailing.
Kat Curry:
not a bad start, really, just doesn't have a lot of personality
Dan Weiland:
Staging could be better - difficult to see the poses of the female character with half of her body behind the door.
Imus zai:
good try! i think his head needs to turn towards the lady when she is talking to him
Adam Clark:
could be smoothed out some more
Brad Regier:
Fun angry Munchnick.
Watch the cake poses, it'll slip off the platter! :)
anuraj:
