i think it reacts too fast to the last speech... try to push a little bit more the facial expresions and lipsync..
Tim Nowak:
I think it's kind of akword that he gave Mrs.Munchnick the friutcake on a plate gift wrappted and somehow she remembered it.
Good animation
Tyson Ibele:
I liked the acting choices....but could barely see the lipsync....at the point where the guy says "yessss" it was hard to tell that the mouth was even moving....I'd suggest next time exaggerating the lip sync a bit more, but overall very nice.
Chris Sacco:
I like the first exchange of dialogue, but I think the second lines from each of them could have been pushed further actingwise. Also, at the end, make sure that both characters aren't making major movements at the same time because you can't focus on both.
Frank G:
Nice staging. I like the 'hang on just a moment' gesture at the start. I think he does a breathing shake on an intake of breath that's meant for Mrs M before she starts her dialogue. Her left hand covering the side of her head is a bit distracting as she talks.
Taber Dunipace:
The lips don't seem to match up at all. There's also a bit too much happening all at once, cut out a few minor actions to simplify the scene.
Imus zai:
Excellent! just one suggestion, when he reaches out on frame 245 - i think that should come at eh end when the lady say's 'last year' and it will look likw he's trying to explain himself but doesn't know what to say
Aaron Clement:
Good... I was expecting her to open it... one of the better ones.
Jules Nerestant:
Good animation. Staging could have been more interesting.
Erik Westlund:
Mechanics of placing gift on table and sliding it are working, although the gift seems a little bit light. Shot sequence (staging) supports revealing the narrative arc... setup, complication, conclusion. I like how you have her sign before she states her conclusion, but you block her face with the left hand. Reversing the hands would setup a face to be more readable while gesturing hand isn't blocked by the gift. His mouth isn't moving when he says "Yesss... ". I like her performance despite staging issues.
jonathan topf:
a little easing will go a long way
Cameron Huber:
Nicely done man, but it's still not there yet. There seem to be a lot of times in between poses where each character shows no movement at all
