I loved her animation and reaction a little better than the man's. I feel like this is a good start. His walk is a little stiff and uneven, even for a drunk walk. A drunken character would be full of drags and arcs. That might help your character come more to life.

The general body movements could use some smoothing- needs to be more fluid and natural. Great story though!

There's too much movement in the body, and too little movement in the face.
