Brad Bradbury:

This is too simple. Listen to the passion in the audio.

rob eddy:

i like the huge hand in foreground. watch his head it feels like it's slowly rolling to screen left. that doesnt match how quickly the guy is speaking on the audio. and when he points on TODAS! his head and eyes dont complement the pointing that his right arm is doing

Matt Hirengen:

try to put the entire body into each gesture. even if it's very subtle.

Blaine Toderian:

You need to hold those poses for the audience to read them. It feels like he's underwater as well, so look at timing and spacing, and trying to give the illusion of gravity.

Alonso Soriano:

the body is super stiff, the head just kind of rolls around, without the eyes looking at specific things to motivate the head changing direction. Try thumbnailing out ideas of acting beats to hit before you get into the computer, it'll loosen you up

Rachel G.:

I feel like you could have pushed him a little more emotionally. The animation feels incredibly controlled for the amount of passion in the voice. What you've done here is a good base from which to evolve that emotion.

Martin Silfvast:

He seems detached from this world. Its like he's not there.

Manjoe Chan:

The timing is a bit monotone. try adding some texture to it. seems like you are letting the computer do too much of the animation.

KISHORE:

Hi

Ali Tezel:

You should definitely animate the eyes and not leave em open all the time in a dialogue anim. The character looks dead as a result. Dont be afraid to animate the brows! :)

Ashley Stringer:

nice start but the character seems little stiff, try and loosen him a up a little and try and make some of the poses a little more dynamic especially on the todas! pose.

well done so far

Nicola:

The lip sync is good but the movements and the poses seem to be lacking a little life.

David Thomson:

Very loose on the gestures. It needs to be tighten up a bit.

David Shum:

Good effort.
I think you can benefit from practicing a pose to pose approach to your animation. You'll find you'll be able to push your poses alot more. And it should also eliminate alot of the drifting keys you have going on right now.

(example: frame 70 - 110 head drift)

Andrew:

needs more facial expression. movements are too linear

Yasmin:

His body is really stiff, good start though.

Andre de Villiers:

Avoid pointing as a gesture - it's cliché. Your character has no focus, his eyes are drifting in a fixed position when he slowly turns his head. Stop staring.. Get creative with your poses, make a statement!

Richard Clark:

You need to put some life into your characters body movement!!
