To me, it seems as if he is a little drunk; his body is always moving, and he seems unbalanced as he gets up and leaves. The acting is coming along very well, I like it; just loosen up and polish the facial animation, and perhaps adjust the pose where is pointing toward the court.

Alot of poping at the beginning but the end is pretty good

This really looks like the original '12 angry men', cool.
The animation feels a little bit stiff and jagged, maybe have a look at your curves and do some ease in and out and perhaps some overlapping animation?

I like, but I think needs more work with the animation...like ease in and ease out, and things like that you have to care in the animation.

good stuff, i dont see any movement in the shoulders/torso when he's shaking his head. it'd be slight but would help loosen up character

i like how to have used a lot of the poses from the actual movie, the only problem with that is that it doesn't give much in the way of exaggeration, remember animators do what live actors can't thats why we animate.

well done though i really like this.

The lip sync is good here but some of the movements are a little snappy.

suggestion don't have the character leave at the endit takes away from his conviction

When he does the motion of putting his hand on the rial it's a bit too jagged.
There should be contrast in how much his mouth opens when he says "todas!"

I like this character and this is a good beginning. however watch your curves you have some flat spots it seems kind of jerky and he moves in some straight lines here and there.
