Andrew Bina:

Lip sync is almost non-existent.

Max Herzfeld:

This was alright but looked jumpy, posey and robotic.

Improving your planning would benifit you greatly.

Keep it up,
Max

Chris Welsby:

feeling a bit rigid at the moment. adding arcs to the moves would help a lot

Micah Betts:

Mouth doesn't seem to be moving most of the time...

Poses are pretty good but the transitions are way too static

Tyler Phillips:

There are a lot of hard stops that bother me. Also, I think this could use some blinks in the beginning. I just needs more polishing.

Cole Higgins:

animate to her emotions and what shes thinking not what the dialogue is saying. Even though the dialogue is going up and down doesnt mean she has to move. Think about her thoughts and feelings and then animate from the inside out.

Michael Li:

There are too many gestures and they jump around too much. The lips don't seem to move either.I think you should just focus on a couple of gestures for a short piece like this one.

Aaron Clement:

Don't have your moving holds move as much. Good silhouette... not sure about the black background... a bit of colour would have been a better choice.

Jamal D. Owens:

Timing is way off. If you put a little more time into this, it will work for you. Keep it up.

garvey harris:

yer another hotdog, lots of actiona nd expression showing me her feelings and that she was talking to someone else. nice work

Ezra Allen:

something funny going on with the lipsynch, here this one looks a bit unfinished.

Brandon Ayers:

The movement looks real linear. Nice poses.

Simon Bean:

OK, think about your poses- remember you're translating someone acting here. Next time film yourself first and try to copy the poses exactly. Too snappy / jerky overall. Sorry but IMO not convincing or natural. Hope this isn't too harsh and helps you for the next one. Keep it up!

Florent Perrin:

Perhaps are you trying to say too much at a time!
Work more and more on planning your animation!

Mike Courtney:

Good first pass. Needs lip-sync and remove popping of right arm.

Eric Kramp:

you're posing seem to be hitting pretty early, and the arc's between poses need a lot of work.

Felix:

autsch!

Taber Dunipace:

I can see there's a lot of technical trouble going on here, so I'll just encourage you to keep working at this. Practice practice!

Alexis St-Laurent:

She moves too much for what she needs to say. And a good way to practice lip-sync is by looking at yourself in a mirror and accentuate your articulation. If you can film yourself too, it makes good references

Virgil Mihailescu:

what happened to the mouth opening?

Gregory Marlow:

need to refine more

Victor Wong:

Lip sync needs a lot of work. There's some twinning happening around the eyes and eyebrows, and the shifts in expression are a bit jerky.

Bilal Ahmad:

nice effort!
