I think your character could have gesticulated a bit more while speaking to make it look more natural, because currently with the lack of emotion on the face and the fact that she can move around, the female character is very stiff! You've got a good start on lipsync

Good job! The girl's lip-sync is a little exaggerated, if you'd tone it down a notch, you'd see that you don't need to move the lips as much as you think, if I was you I'd also add a little bit of facial expressions to make it better. You're headed the right way, keep it up!
