The mouvement can be better overall in your animation so continue to work on that and your animation will be better

Try putting more frames where the body is moving abit.

You would have to work on the fluidity, your lipsync of your animation to make it better.

I like this 2D animation, it lacks a little bit of smoothness in the animation, but with a bit more time you could have made something great!
