Terrific lipsync, I feel like I am watching two character speaking rather than characters moving while words are playing. The left character would have been better with less hand and head motions. The head whip (85 to 106) and the second time he flips his hand forward (204 to 230) feel excessive. Perhaps some poses that are more directly engaging to the other character would have worked better? I think the character on the right is done quite well.

His eye direction is slightly off putting. I'm never quite sure where he's looking. Nice though!
Ezra Allen:
The animations ok, but bald guy is looking all over the shop for no real reason. His actions don't feel like they go with his lines. The guy with his feet up is working better. "Frustratingly you" gesture works well. I think bald guys face animation is very flat seems like one expression through out.
