I like the idea! It's pretty good, but here's a couple things. On frame 70, his lips go out when he says "do", but only for that frame, then it jumps back. Also, some of the movements in the arms and head seem to happen fast and then stop. Like in the first 30 frames, his arm goes down then comes up and stops. I feel like it should have a bit of follow-through. Maybe that's what you were going for, but it's a little distracting for me. Good work though!
