It looks weird when he comes back to get up. He looks like he's gonna fall all the stairs and he's already there.
It also looks like he's floating when he's on his knees. Even if we don't see the stairs you should model so you can position him better. I hope this helps :)

Nice start but you need to pay more attention to the fingers. They sort of lock in an almost default pose for a lot of it. Have them move separately of each other.

Pretty good animation. When the arm drops, it's a tad stiff. You might try giving it a little more overshoot.

On he reappearing at the stares, have him shoot upward a bit more, and then come down to rest, like he almost jumped all the way back up. Follow through and finish.
