Description: This is my first entry here. This was also so my first attempt to animate the shot through the "pipeline" thumbnails, blocking , linear and splines. I wanted to do more with the secondary character but didn't get a chance.

Jeff Kim:

haha, interesting funny idea!

Simon Paquette:

Nice clean setup, his lean back gesture on "My legs" feels good. You rely heavily on his 1 arm to do most of the acting, try to avoid "pointing" at things a character is talking and focus on expressive body positions. (a little ironic seeing as he has almost no limbs)

Mervyn:

hmm... the animation does not really link up well with the animation especially the part when he fell with the sound effect. Good effort though.

Emmanuel Vergne:

I didn't really understand the text that way, but that works pretty well.

Ryan Lowe:

Great story idea! Haha.

Mike Courtney:

the standing guy is almost stagnate throughout, the hand gestures at the end could use some overlapping in the fingers

Michael Van Alstine:

I think the lip sync rates a good at
the least.

Cole Higgins:

thats great. Very cartoony. I would work with getting a little more life out of your poses in both of your characters. right now he just feels like a stump. I know he kinda is one but he doesnt feel like a stump that is alive and moving. He jjust feels cemented to the floor.

Pete Shand:

great idea! =)

Paul Naas:

Interesting idea, taking off the legs and left arm and having the crash be something other than him falling down. Good work.

Gino Garibaldi:

lol

Mark Persson:

Ha ha ha... great idea, acting and movement! The idea is so brilliant that the anim become alive just because of it!

You should take away this small gesture with the 2 fingers and show instead that the character actually still belive that he has his legs and arm. it would make the story and the anim stronger!

Best!D

Marco Palmieri:

very confusing concept. need to make your poses clearer and the expressions more convincing. keep it up.

Angelo Sta. Catalina:

haha.. cool

Chris Peters:

Funny. Doesn't quite fit dialogue. interesting stop-motiony feel.

Dominic Marcotte:

That one made me laugh

Good job

Dominic

Emilio Aguirre:

Great idea. A little bit groose but nice indeed. By the way the gus standing seems to have his feet attached to the ground.

Lisa Allen:

hehehe wow.. little bit creepy! nice animation. hmm id have put the air quotes around "go to sleep" instead of occasionally. just seems like some of the acting doesnt go with what hes saying, did you tape yourself for reference?

Stu Lloyd:

I like the animation! But the idea of having the main character have missing limbs, loses a lot of opportunities. But very smooth animation with nice timing!

Kyle Detwiler:

Some of the animations are great, but what's happening doesn't really seem to go with the audio.

Christopher Pelloux:

Not bad. You should keep the passive guy moving slightly when he's just standing.

JAEHYUN PARK:

cool! The guy should point at little faster on frame 96-110.
